Instrucciones:

Following your onboarding in the program, you will have received an welcome email with a link to set up your password to use the “CareSimple” mobile application.

Click on the link to set up your password (make sure to meet all requirements for your password to be accepted). Press on Submit to confirm.

Busque "CareSimple" en su App Store preferida ("App Store" para iOS o "Google Play Store" para Android) y descargue la aplicación gratuita.

Open the app and enter your username (you can find it in the welcome e-mail) and the previously set up password. Press on Log in.
- Sigue las instrucciones de la aplicación para completar la configuración de tu perfil.
Nota: Si utilizas un dispositivo 4G, tu médico verá tus mediciones aunque no te hayas descargado la app. La aplicación es opcional y te permite comunicarte con tu médico, seguir tu evolución y consultar tu plan de cuidados.
